Terms & Conditions – MAK traveldek

By booking or using any travel service provided by MAK traveldek, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Booking & Confirmation
   A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received and confirmation is provided by MAK traveldek.
    

2. Package Price
   Package prices may vary depending on travel dates, hotel availability, vehicle availability, seasonal demand and other applicable charges.
    

3. Payment
   Customers must complete the payment within the agreed time. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
    

4. Cancellation & Refund
   Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the package, hotel, transport provider and cancellation date. Any applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
    

5. Hotel & Transportation
   Hotels, vehicles and other services will be provided according to the confirmed package. In case of unavoidable circumstances or availability issues, MAK traveldek may provide a suitable alternative.
    

6. Travel Documents & Permits
   Customers are responsible for providing valid identification and other required documents. Certain destinations may require permits or additional charges.
    

7. Itinerary Changes
   The itinerary may be changed due to weather conditions, road conditions, government restrictions, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control.
    

8. Customer Responsibility
   Customers are expected to follow local rules, hotel policies, transportation guidelines and instructions provided by the tour team.
    

9. Personal Belongings
   Customers are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, documents and electronic devices during the trip.
    

10. Force Majeure
    MAK traveldek will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or losses caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, strikes or government restrictions.
     

11. Service Providers
    Hotels, transport operators, restaurants and other third-party service providers may have their own terms and policies, which customers may also be required to follow.
     

12. Acceptance of Terms
    By making a booking with MAK traveldek, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
